Dr. Brayden Hemmeter is a native of Eden, Texas, where his passion for veterinary medicine was shaped by his experiences on his grandfather’s ranch. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas Tech University in 2021 before becoming a member of the 2025 inaugural graduating class of the Texas Tech School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Hemmeter is committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care for both large and small animals, with a particular interest in food animal and equine medicine. He takes a hands-on, practical approach to veterinary practice, ensuring health and well-being of the animals under his care while supporting the agricultural community.
Beyond his professional education, Dr. Hemmeter enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and assisting with cattle operations on his family’s ranch. His deep-rooted connection to rural Texas and dedication to animal health guide his approach to veterinary medicine.
